Elephant and Castle, Gentrifcation

The general area is undergoing a lot of changes and i've been living here for a couple of months. Gentrification has moved people who cannot afford the increasing prices of accommodation out of London, allowing the economy to grow. This academic project allowed me to explore the busy local area in a time of transition, these double exposures represent the quiet moments in the hectic progress of the area.
