Merkaba Community

 ​Merkaba is based in Fundao, Portugal is a eco retreat that allows people to immerse themselves into yoga, exercise, healthy eating and detoxing. Removing material possessions from every-day life allows people to focus on what is important in life, such as mental and physical health, relationships with others and love. I spent a few weeks here and created a video, which is at the bottom of this page.
